We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Executive with 1–2 years of hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads.

Key Responsibilities
• Plan, set up, manage, and optimize campaigns on Meta Ads Manager
• Manage Google Ads campaigns, including Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max and other relevant campaign types
• Work across campaign objectives such as Awareness, Engagement, Traffic, Leads, Conversions, App Installs and Sales
• Conduct audience research and build custom, retargeting and lookalike audiences
• Perform keyword research and manage search campaigns
• Monitor and optimize key performance metrics such as CPM, CPC, CTR, CPL/CPA, ROAS, Conversion Rate and Frequency
• Conduct A/B testing across creatives, copy, audiences, placements and campaign structures
• Manage campaign budgets and optimize budget allocation based on performance
• Set up and monitor Meta Pixel, Conversion API, Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking where required
• Work with creative/content teams to recommend ad formats, messaging and creatives based on campaign performance
• Analyze campaign data and identify opportunities to improve results
• Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations
• Conduct competitor and digital advertising research
• Troubleshoot campaign delivery, tracking, account and ad-related issues
• Stay updated with changes in Meta Ads, Google Ads, platform policies and digital advertising trends
Requirements
✓ 1–2 years of practical experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads
✓ Strong understanding of campaign setup, targeting, optimization and reporting
✓ Experience handling multiple campaigns/accounts simultaneously
✓ Good understanding of Google Analytics (GA4) and tracking fundamentals
✓ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
✓ Comfortable working with campaign data and performance metrics
✓ Ability to make optimization decisions based on data, not assumptions
✓ Good communication and reporting skills
✓ Agency experience will be an advantage
