The Opportunity

We’re looking for a full-time UI/UX Developer to join our development team to deliver best-in-class software solutions to our clients. You will work with developers to support the development of different lines of projects. We are looking for someone who is professional, reliable, pays attention to detail, and can lead a small group of mid-level and junior-level developers for their projects.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Design clean and user-friendly websites and applications.
  • Create wireframes and UI designs using Figma.
  • Develop user flows and basic interactive prototypes.
  • Design responsive layouts for desktop, tablet, and mobile.
  • Use proper colors, typography, spacing, and visual hierarchy.
  • Create and maintain reusable UI components.
  • Research competitors and design trends for inspiration.
  • Work closely with developers for design implementation.
  • Make sure designs are organized and ready for developer handoff.
  • Take feedback, improve designs, and continuously learn new UX/UI skills.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, IT, Computer Science, Multimedia, or a related field is preferred.
  • Freshers or candidates with 0–1 year of experience can apply.
  • Good knowledge of Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop and its basic features.
  • Understanding of UX/UI design principles.
  • Knowledge of wireframing, prototyping, and user flows.
  • Understanding of responsive web and mobile design.
  • Good sense of typography, colors, spacing, and visual hierarchy.
  • A portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design projects is preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is an added advantage.
  • Strong willingness to learn, accept feedback, and work collaboratively in a team.
