We are looking to employ an experienced client servicing executive to handle all client inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner. The client servicing executive’s responsibilities include collaborating with the relevant departments to better address client needs, and providing regular updates to higher management. You should also be able to identify new business opportunities through client referrals.

Proven experience working as a client servicing executive
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Communicating with clients via phone calls, emails, or in-person
Identifying and resolving client queries
Maintaining a detailed and accurate record of all client details and communications
Building and maintaining long-lasting business relationships with clients
Providing clients with relevant plans and marketing strategies for meeting their targets
Achieving the monthly/yearly KPI targets
